Volunteers wanted for focus group research on chronic health conditions
Do you have 2 or more chronic health conditions, and live in Bunbury or surrounds?
Have you visited a General Practice clinic to discuss your chronic health conditions within the past 12 months?
Are you interested in helping us to understand what it is like to have a chronic condition managed by a GP, and how the system could be better?
On Friday, 13th October 2017 from 1 pm-3 pm, there will be a group discussion, called a “focus group” held in Bunbury.
We want to talk to people aged 18+, from a variety of ages and backgrounds. Understanding how chronic disease General Practice care works (or doesn’t work) for you, will help us to make sure planned future changes are going to make the system better.
